After your order is received by our system, your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days if not sooner. (Out of stock items will be processed 5 to 7 business days).
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless specified.
How long does it take for shipping?
It takes additional 3 to 6 business days for UPS or the Postal Service to deliver the package to you. Transit time depends on what area of the country the package is shipping to and do not include weekends and holidays. Please note sometimes shipment get delay for many different reasons.

What is the shipping fee for areas outside the continent of the US States?
If your order goes to Canada, Alaska, Puero Rico, Hawaii, any US Virgin Islands, or anywhere in the world, please email us for a shipping quote. To get an accurate shipping quote, we need the item number, how many and the complete shipment address. You can also log on to http://www.usps.com to get the shipping quote to anywhere. Remember the origin zip code is 72501.

How can you return products?
We have a reputation of providing high quality products, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the order, you can return the undamaged item for a full refund, exclude the shipping fee. What happens if your merchandise is damaged during shipping?
Damaged Merchandise During Transit: We package our boxes according the UPS packaging codes. If for some reasons you received damaged products, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damaged package. You need to provide to UPS the tracking number which can be found on the shipping label. You need to keep the damaged package up to 5 days from the day you call UPS to report the damage. UPS will pick up the damage package for inspection and send it to us for the refund. You can either place the order again or do a refund back to your credit card account. Once we received the paper work from UPS, weÂ’ll refund back to your account or resend your order.
